This agreement (\"Agreement\") is entered into between HTA & Associates (\"Company\") and users of the WhatsApp services and website provided by the Company (\"User\").\n\n1. Purpose:\nThe Company utilizes WhatsApp's services for customer support, notifications, and marketing purposes. These services are used solely for business communication.\n\n2. User Data and Privacy:\n\nThe Company processes queries related to customers' businesses and replies with relevant data from our server. Any responses from customers are not stored.\nThe Company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing and protection of user data.\n3. Message Content:\n\nThe Company sends transactional messages through WhatsApp and adheres to WhatsApp's guidelines on acceptable message content.\n4. User Consent and Opt-out:\n\nOnly customers who initiate conversations with the Company will receive messages and are opted in based on their response.\nOpt-out options are available, and messages are sent to customers only upon request. The Company does not store or send messages without prior approval.\n5. Liability and Disclaimers:\n\nThe Company does not claim any rights on any intellectual property owned by customers or WhatsApp.\n6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:\n\nThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajkot, Gujarat, India.\n7.
